it was time to update the journal .. i noticed the last one i made was 2 years ago. i no longer miss the black-eyed susans and this weekend my daughter brought me tiny fresh strawberries in from the yard to try.  raining and raining, everyone around here complains about how much it rains and where is the summer and blah blah - but i love it, i love the downpours so much, just the emptying heavens. i think every day about posting things in this space .. i think, probably, i'll try some logs of things i do on IRC and see how those fly.

.. i've been all over the map, lately.  my environment has drastically changed .. amongst all of this cement, steel, artificial grass and direct sunlight i feel i'm wilting without water .. i suppose i always have. is it sane to think that even though you love a person - even though your money, your future, everything has been invested in a single thrust of momentum across the country - even though you've sold everything - gained a family - can you still be lonely enough to say 'i made a mistake?' i miss the black-eyed susans.

so hey.  deviantart has been kind enough to let me sample the good life and has given me a subscription for a week.  so SHOUT MEH, YOU FOUR WATCHERS.
